IDX 12 not appearing to send pulses to Dix LED 6- taking tokens /coins and giving no time to customers.

One of my IDX 12 units is all of sudden not sending pulses to my DIX LED 6. The quarters and tokens a going down into vault the green led is flasing or pulsing 4 times for my $1 tokens and 1 time for a quarter. . Zero or no time on display to my customers.
The crypto pay swip and tap are working well and doing standard operations. LED 6 seems solid
I replaced the 12 with another unit I had as a back up and doing same thing.
IDX is no more, what about a wiring diagram for IDX 12. Anyone have one? Like tomake sure what is coin pules output or color is.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, who do you guys like for coin acceptors these days?

Have you checked the connections from the IDX 12 to the LED 6? I am not familiar with the IDX12, but the below shows the wiring and colors for IDX to LED 6 timer

When you changed out the X12 did you use the new wiring harness, or did you gust unplug the plug on the circuit board? If you used the wiring harness, make sure it is wired like the LES6 drawing. If you have a plug between the X12 and LED6 check the connections.
 
We just unplugged the existing harness and reused it again. The x12 and led6 were swapped out and same issue remains.
Sounds like I need to take out the harness and redo each wire one at a time. Power is good, credit side is working well.
Just not getting the coin or tokens to register on led 6.

I thought I checked all the connections, but apparetly not well enough. Maybe its number 1 or 2 on the harness, given its just the coins.

What you need to do is replace the personality plug that plugs into the coin acceptor, that's your problem. That little silver thingy on the plug is a relay.

The personality plug is new to me! Anybody out there got a picture of where this little plug exists on the acceptor. I really appreciate it.

It's the plug that plugs into the coin acceptor that has the wires on it that go to the timer and the power.
