Do anyone know how to fix Idx m-800 giving same time for $1 and 2.

I would attempt a reprogram.

What Greg said. If it does it again, just trash it and replace it with something better. Their repair service excruciatingly slow and not reliable, so you will have to replace it while you wait for it to come back with the same problem.
