I used to send these off and get them repaired by IDX. Are they still in business? If not does anyone else repair them?

Do yourself a favor and replace with microcoin as they die. They are the best, and such an important part of your wash

Yes those are what we use. Don’t know about repair, never had one go bad. But I would replace with new if it did go bad, long life units

IDX was purchased by Dynamic Wash Solutions.
I have a few New MA850 never used still in the plastic if you are looking to replace them. Posted on Ebay. Let me know if you are interested.

Kleen Rite or National Pride can get the newer MA850 or X12 repaired. Just call them.

I bought my first one last week and installed it (to replace an MA-850). It has the same footprint as the 850 with the addition of the black connector at the end of the ribbon.
Genius design that allows for removal in tight fitting applications. Very happy with it.
