IDX MX 10 question

I just took over a lease on a 4 bay self serve, and am totally new to washes. My presoak feature has quit, and the pump doesn’t come on. While checking with a multimeter, I saw that the IDX MX 10 controller “output to load” is constantly on. I am assuming this should only come on when the pump was required, but may be wrong. Did the controller malfunction and burn up the pump or am I not understanding how it should work.

Your assumption is correct and, it's not an uncommon failure.
Output to load should only provide power when any of the 24vac inputs are applied.


Try applying power directly to the pump motor to verify if it's alive or dead.
