These are great, haven't had any problems at all. I put two per bay catacorner from each other and it fills the bay with clean white light.

This is after installing one. The light at the rear of the bay is a 340 watt Scottsdale that was working properly. The one in front (second picture) is the new LED fixture (60 watt).
I ordered plastic panels and screwed them to the old fixture housing and attached the new lights to the panel.

What do you have now. Converted many of my 4 foot fluorescents to LED Tubes by removing the Ballast. Alao installed some new 4 foot fluorescents. 4 per bay about 9 feet up the wall placed on sidewall each about 4 feet in from either end.

Each bay had 2- 8foot fluorescent fixtures that were just standard shop lights. They have rusted out so they have been thrown away.

I used 4 of these per bay, they have 2 panels per light. I wired them up on timers with one set of panels turning on and about an hour later the other set turning on. Then have one set of panels turn off about 11pm to conserve electricity through the night. One set of panels is more than enough light for the bays with 4 of them in each bay. I may have 8 to 10 left over that i was going to use but probably not now, if interested i may be willing to part with them, for a fee of course. Id need to confirm how many i have left.

I have a 5-bay SS wash in Citrus Heights, CA. In 2016, we replaced 31 fluorescent and metal halide lights with LEDs from Atlas Lighting Products. Very happy with them! The LED are manufactured in North Carolina, using LED light diodes from South Korea. My electrician purchased them for me (at his cost), and I paid him $100 to install each one. All told, the job cost me around $12,000. Much cheaper than the $23,000 commercial lighting companies had quoted me! Attached is a night-time photo...

Kimberly your wash looks great. Love the lights and the amount of cars.
I converted all of my fluorescent and metal halide lights over to LED’s about 5 years ago. That project came in at just over $1500, we did all the work ourselves. We leave the bay lights on 24/7 and haven’t had a bulb failure yet.

My car wash is open 24 hours, so night time lighting is very important. Carefully select Kelvins so the LEDs aren't too BLUE or PINK that makes it uncomfortable on customers eyes. Customers LOVE my car wash & stays very busy late into the night.

1 - Let's customers know you're open when they drive by
2- Discourages people from sleeping in their cars in your wash bays, or illegal activity inside their cars
3 - Makes it easier to see your wash bays via your camera system

My lights are off during the day and the bays are very open and bright. I don't think you would even notice if the lights were on during sunlight hours. Maybe some washes are covered in shade and would benefit.
