In-Bay Tire Shine

Anyone have any experience with the in-bay tire shine that Diskin makes? I have been thinking about adding it, but still don't hear anything about real world experience with them. They are down to about $1100/bay this week and I'm not sure if it is worth it. Thoughts?

It is a normal low pressure function with a boom. I was thinking of using an Erie brush with a foam brush handle? But never implemented it. $1100 / bay seems high.

You could also be cheap and mount the hose like the Blendco install. I assume there is nothing wrong with that?

Note the Flojet pump Blendco uses for 4 bays.

I only knew of a few guys that tried it several years ago. Most said that it hurt there ArmorAll vending sales, used a lot of chemical, made a mess in the bay and I believe they all took it out but I am not sure about that.

I heard that about the previous attempts at ss tire shine, but the Diskin system seems to address those shortcomings. Would take real world experience to make sure though.

I am pretty sure we are talking about a chemical problem here.... silicone and non-silicone. Not an equipment problem. But that was just my assessment (maybe rph9168 also) when I looked at the product years ago.
