in/out motor no go

in/out motor on sidetrac 700 stops about halfway out. shows error:'OL3' on screen of omron syndrive.

can be reset and run fine awhile.

i can sometimes duplicatethe error when in manual mode but not every time. seems to fault in the same spot.

motor and gearbox was new this summer and i checked and re-did every connection for motor.

what am i missing here?

update: I cleaned the old grease from the gantry where trolley wheels ride on in/out. also lubed the chaseway pipe for hoses and cables where it meets top of gantry.

has been washing fine with no overload since.
