I recently purchased Nayax VPOS touch credit card reader. We had a simple swipe before with World Pay and decided to change them out for Nayax. The wiring I thought would be pretty easy since I had an existing CC reader but it doesn't seem to be the case. On the Nayax there are (2) 24v + wires, (2) 24v - wires and the green pulse. I connected the pulse (green wire) to the white/black strip wire off of my Dixmor timer and the (2) + and (2) - to the correct taps. When finished the Nayax will turn on and except CC's and its timer comes on but it doesn't energize my pumps or activate my Dixmor timer. The original CC swipe had one extra wire attached to it which went to my wire strip labeled "coin counter". If i touch that wire to the pulse the pumps turn on but they turn on without swiping the CC, it just comes on, so I left that wire unattached. Also, another possible issue may be that Nayax sent me a wire harness with a plug for the card reader on one end and (4) plugs on the other. I assume it was an MDA cable but I have no place for them to plug into, so I cut them off and found the (2) black, (2) red and the (1) green and those are the wires I used. My thought is maybe the plug that goes to my card reader is different on the MDA cable as compared to the cable I was supposed to get but I am not sure. Any advice on what I need to check or try would be appreciated.

I don't know if you can make the MDB cable work or not. I order the Nayax devices with the pulse cable, that is the correct one for typical car wash use.

I am sure that you are correct. Not that I am digging into it I am pretty sure you are right. The connector that goes onto the reader is the same on both cables, so I am hoping to find out what color of wire on the cable that I received is the pulse because it doesn't seem to be the green like is on the cable I was suppose to get but maybe that is not possible. I am trying to get a picture of the connector that goes on the reader of the correct cable so I can compare the wire colors and pins to what I have and see if they are the same. Pictures on the internet are hard to tell.

The pulse wire is the darker green on the white connectors. There is no wire in that slot on the MDB connector

Great!
can you tell, is the (2) red, (2) black and the green landing on the same pin on each connector? They look close but I can't tell for sure in the picture.

ahh, okay. What slot is \the green supposed to be in?
If you look at the left plug in the picture, the green pulse wire is on the right side, top row of the white connector.

Nayax just confirmed that they sent me the wrong cable. I tried to move the green wire but I cant get it out without ruining the plug. They are overnighting me the correct cable so I will have to wait until I get the correct one. Thank you for looking into this for me, the pictures is exactly what I needed to confirm my thinking.
