Hello, I had a customer who soaked our collector box and it stopped working. I reset the board by removing the power and its all good now. But our entire car wash internet goes down and come back again. Can these be related?

I think our box are from Hamilton Manufacturing. The Credit Card readers are hard wired through a network cable to a modem, and that modem is connected to our Internet Provider modem. all pics attached. Those are bay# on our modem. we have 5 wand wash bays.
Our internet is very slow and it disconnects once every hour. I really think this is problem from the internet provider side that the bays machines creating it.

I hope you've changed the default login info on your modem since you've just posted it on the internet.
The box is Coleman, used to be a Swipe 'n Clean system. The CC hardware/timer is part of the Hamilton D.A.N. system with DTI timers. It's not likely your internet issue is from the water sprayed in the box, since the DTI unit would have gotten wet and shorted out.
