If you put in larger nozzles, your "washing" pressure will fall below the manufacturer's recomendation and may not clean as good as it can.
You should be looking for what is causing the plugged nozzles and eliminating that culprit. Clean out the bottom of the rinse tank with a syphoning hose and clean the straining filter just inline of the inlet of the high pressure pump.

The last time I had a clogged tip wash from a rubber hose that wash breaking down and dumping little pieces of rubber into the flow. What's the material clogging the nozzles?
