Been trying to talk to anyone there for at least a week. No one answers a phone. Yes, I know there was a holiday, but if you are closing, wouldn't it be nice to say that on the recording?

It was nice speaking to you this morning after you posted this. Our sales staff did change their messages to reflect the dates we were out of the office, as did I. Had you left me a voicemail yesterday when you called at 12:17 pm I would have returned your call promptly as I did this morning.

Dan, in my experience, has the fastest response time via email I have experienced in the industry. The guy is fast.

I personally can vouch for Dan also he has helped me out. Email is a good way to reach him or leave a voicemail bc 90% of the time he is helping another customer. Very approachable guy on phone which is rare in this industry. Seems like everyone I talk to now has a chip on there shoulder for Tech support in this industry like there mad they have a customer call them for support and wants to spend money very depressing

I was probably a little too hasty in my post. Yes, there were holidays and winter. However, I spent many days calling and just getting voice mail. My gripe is if they were going to close, why couldn’t anybody have said so on their message. And yes, Dan is one of the rare techs that does call. I feel like I owe him another coconut.

Our entire sales staff changed their messages to reflect when they would be out of the building, as did I. All of them were also checking their messages remotely. Who did you leave a voicemail with? I would be happy to have them check their phone logs to see why it was missed.

Dan always emails me back, or calls. ASAP. Dan also always talks over my head. HA HA...but then again, nearly everybody in this entire business talks way over my head!
