Istobal Self Service Manual?

Roz

Well-known member
Does anyone have Istobal self service equipment? Looking for the manual for our system and getting Istobal on the phone is challenging to say the least. Left messages with them - no joy.

Also, can anyone identify the 4 bay solenoid in the picture. I am not familiar with this type on our Istobal stand. Thx.

Holy cow Roz. I sold Istobal for many years and did not know they ever made self serve pump equip. Called a friend up there and he did say they only made one or two, and you lucky girl, have one. He is looking to see if the guy who made it might have something. Will let you know what I find.

You know Roz I feel a little stupid. I should have suggested off the shelf valves just make sure coil voltage and pressure are the same.

Thank you for the inputs. I know that the system is a rare bird that Istobal inherited, just wish they had someone who knew anything about them. Overall not a bad system as it uses Dosatron mixing pumps for each of the LP functions. The mixers do not require tips for dilution ratios which makes changes to the ratios much quicker, easier, and without an chemical mess. If I was going with a new SS system I would purchase a more main stream and supported solution (like a Carolina Pride). May go with a KR 4 bay solenoid if I strike out via Istobal.
