Hello Wash Singh, I don't own a Flex 5 but do sell them. So yes, I am biased towards them. Just wanted to get that out in the open. The Flex 5 is a new version of their M22. And it is sweet. The main difference between it and the M22 is that it has four vertical brushes, which will reduce the wash time. Since it looks cool, it also has that gee whiz effect. When choosing any automatic, the distributor can be key to your success. Not all are created equal. The plant in Bristol, VA does, or did anyway, offer a 3 day class on maintenance. A lot of that is spent on getting familiar with their electrical drawings. Since Istobal is based in Spain they use a different format for the drawings. Spare parts should not be an issue. Bristol stocks all of the parts, and the distributor will have the common ones. I could literally bore you to death by going into the technology involved, but what you saw is what your customers will see. And it seems to have impressed you. If there is a machine that will out perform these, I haven't seen it. They have a standard two year parts warranty. And since Jesus did not build these, things will break. That's when the distributor shines. Or should shine anyway. One of the features that we like is the machine sending us emails when it has an issue. It will tell what's wrong. I have seen many times where an owner gets a fault message, and resets the machine while the customer is still there, and it finishes the wash. If it is simple customer related issue, you can reset it from a smart phone, or fire up a free wash to placate an irate customer. You know, those times when you get a call saying he lost a buck in a vacuum, now you can say, sorry, how about a free wash in the automatic? Another important factor in buying a machine is the parent company. They have 70 full time engineers on staff. Google Istobal and Lamborghini and you will see their machines washing new $600,000 Aventadors coming off the assembly line. Ask a lot of tough questions to the owner and the salesman. And please don't try to beat him up too much. Good luck.
