J1000 Yaskawa VFD on WW1.0

Anybody know if there are any wiring changes to convert from the discontinued Omron/Yaskawa to the new J100 VFD? Also, any clue on what the parameters need to be set at for a Water Wizard 1.0? I used my last spare and had to bite the bullet and install the J1000. I wired it up just as the old style was wired and cross-referenced the old parameters with the new parameters and it worked but I hear a very faint high pitched noise that sounds as though its coming from the osc. motors? I am holding off on opening the wash for use until I get some verification that the wiring and parameters are set correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you have the original Water Wizard manual (I think installation and user manual are the same). It walks you through all the parameter set ups. If you do not have it let me know and I will email you the pages that walks you through it.

The old yaskawa models have the same parameters as the omron, but the J1000 is completely different. The original models have been discontinued from what I hear. All you can buy now is the J1000, which is what JC has switched to as a replacement.

I have replaced on with the new, on our 2.0. The wiring was in different places so I had to add extensions to the wiring. as for the perimaters they are in the book!.

If only reviewing settings,DO NOT REVIEW A1-03 on the any of the J1000 VFDs. This will reset all settings to the VFD manufacturer's factory defaults and you would have to re-enter all settings.
**Note: You MUST enter the perameters in the EXACT ORDER as they are listed below. If the VFD displays an Error while you setting the perameters, you likely entered a perameter in an incorrect order or to an incorrect value.

Wiring

Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the J1000 and the Water Wizard 1.0?
I am trying to switch from the Danfoss 176F7301 to the J1000, but the wiring is giving me a really hard time.

Hey all,

Im glad I saw this post. The center VFD just fried out on Sunday. It controlls the Oscillating motors. Checked all the wiring and motors and it appears there were no shorts in the wiring to the motors. I have the yaskawa coming in from Texas car wash Supply. My ww 1.0 is 7 years old and I have never had one of these go out. Im assuming this just happens at some point? If anyone can reply back with info is greatly appreciated.

When I say fried out I mean it. its all charred around the unit. AYou would think the circuit breakers would have tripped but they didnt.

Danfoss has a direct replacement for the discontinued item. It is a 132F0010. I forgot the part # for the keypad, but there is one with and one without potentiometer. Total cost from Transply, Inc. $212.50. (drive and programmer) I replaced one on the oscillator motors this past Summer with no issues. Wires do come in the bottom instead of the top, but it basically swaps out.

Just found part # for programmer. LCP11 without potentiometer, LCP12 with.
