At present I have the Jim Colemen money manager software system , it has seved me well in the past but now I am having some problems and when I contacted Coleman found out they no longer support the system seems the programmer that developed the system no longer works for Coleman.

I was wondering if someone could recommend another system for monitoring the coleman eq.

Did you check with B&C Electronic Engineering out of Denver? I am guessing they had something to do with the development of that system. I think it was predecessor of the Swipe N Clean that has many of the same attributes from what I understand. For that matter a Swipe N Clean or Swipe at the Bay system could be a good replacement, but for accounting purposes only. The Swipe N Clean had a horrible user interface and I use mine for washdown codes only now.

Yes, I did speak with B&C and they do not have anything to do with the Money Manager software that is now handled by Shaun Chowdhury, former employe of JC Coleman now on his own.I have been in contact with them but have reservations about them, hope I am worried about nothing.

This isnt good, If you have to install software on a different computer you have to have a key code to activate the software. So no more help from Coleman on this?

John,
The computer is not my problem, the modem in the w/w is gone bad and the only place I can get one is from coleman because they have to program it for their Money Manager I am told.

Modem

Gotcha. I had problems with my modem not powering up a few years back and Coleman said it was the power button not staying on. They said I could either replace it or wedge a thoothpick or something similar to hold the power button in the on position.

I hate that ive invested the kind of money that I did and now I have a manufacturer that seems to be in a bit of trouble.

Im a little worried!
