Our problem is we are hours away (as many of carwash owners are) from dealers, distributors etc. We are forced to fend for ourselves!!!!! So I applaud JC or anyone else for taking care of their customers!!!! That's what business if about, and if they want to continue to sell products, customer support and word of mouth is the answer!
