I've personally known the previous owner for a while. He's an older gentlemen that's retired, had a family tragedy a few years ago and lost interest. I have the numbers from before and it was doing great. It's a great site, the land alone is worth 70% of what I paid. I'm not worried about the site, just want to get new and improved equipment and bring it back do what it was doing before he let it go.

Heck, if you would have said this in the beginning, I wouldn't have wasted my time to comment.

As for myopic, that term was invented by the good old boy gang on this site way before my time. LOL
