Kinetico Overdrive CP216 Commercial Softener

Is Anyone using these Softeners.If so where are you getting your parts.besides from the Distributor.

Parts are only available through their distributors.
One reason why I install only Pentair (Fleck)

No Doubt couldn't agree more. I just need a couple of parts for this unit my local parts connection said there having parts problem also. Pretty Unfortunate this Customer spent 60k for this crap.

Yes Sir I could see a couple thousand more because there 16×65 tanks but not 60k.they took a 3inch water line and reduced it down to 11/4 pipe.and connected with Shark bite fitting.
