Or maybe a show special, if there was a recent show special offered...

Free shipping on a certain dollar amount, I think it's $2,250? If you're ordering that much every so often, they should assign you a rep. He/she will make sure you're taken care of. We have something like 5 million points built up because we never pay shipping.

Certain things are buy x get one free, which they don't really advertise. Toney towels, buy 10 get 1 free, most ArmorAll products the same, Wet Towels buy 5 get 1 free, Little Trees 72/box buy 11 get one free (Only a few scents they do under that, pine, new car and cherry are some). A pallet of soap (36 buckets/50# boxes combined) always ships free.

Probably not.

KR pallets are usually 4 55 gallon of soap or 36- 5 gallon pails or 50lb box combos. Then you can add all the other stuff you need to the pallet for free shipping. If you have hazardous chemicals it is the best way to ship. They also have different monthly specials. I keep my reward points and if I need a fill in order I can get the freight free using them.

I order for 4 locations. Probably a full pallet 3-4 times a year for each - no assigned rep from KR.
