Kleen Rite Website trouble

Is anyone else having issues with Kleen Rite's website? Namely:

1. Items disappearing from shopping cart.
2. After I add an item to shopping cart it goes to checkout screen ( it should just say : check out or continue shopping" ).
3. Items showing $0.00 in shopping cart.
4. Not keeping me logged in, even though I toggle : 'keep me logged in"

It is very slow today and not registering everything

I’ve had problems getting online for at least 3 wks. Had to call in orders and they all told me they are having a lot of issues with customers getting online.
Hope their telephones/people don’t go offline.

I still could not place a on line order and have not been able to get through on the phone lines. I texted with Tom on the website and he acknowledged problems and said I could email order in to kleenrite sales but I do not want to include a credit card number on a non secure email.

I just called their 800 number and placed an order 45 seconds ago....no problem. It did sound like the the sales rep was very far away....I think because they are working remotely and he did say more than a few times his computer had to catch up to him
