Kleen Rite Wobblehead Issue

Just tool apart my Wobblehead after 6 months in service because it wasn't engaging for the customer only to find out there is absolutely NO stainless steel components inside and there is a 2 foot piece of light tan PVC water pipe inside to prevent the spring from falling down the rest of the handle I will post a picture of the Wobblehead in pieces to show what I'am talking about, the original design from "Wobblehead" or whoever made it had ALOT more engineering into their wobblehead. I am sorry to say but the K.I.S.S theory doesn't apply here especially when the customer is beating the chit out of your equipment to make it work even when has payed for it to work.

No is what Kleen-rite sells now for the Wobblehead brand and I'am not impressed with the quality, I could of made it at my shop for $30.00

FWIW, AFAIAC stainless components or not is not the issue. At the end of the day it's durability no matter what it is made out of. How many of the newer versions do you have in service? For how long? How many failures? Time will tell and all potential purchasers will eagerly await feedback over a longer period of time.

Let us all know when you start making them. I am sure we will be willing to pay $60.00 a copy giving you 100% markup.

Off point, but that foam brush output was pretty pathetic. Seems silly they put that in their ad.

I agree. I saw a similar add but by Karcher and they had less than desirable output too.

It's a European thing, they usually run soapy water through them instead of foam.

The European market is not like the one in the US. Europeans are not that big on show. Most of their IBA's are not enclosed in buildings and are found in C-Stores rather than free standing. Not many self serves there and not nearly as many sites with both IBA's and self serves. Very few tunnels either due to the cost of real estate. In my opinion customers do not demand a clean dry vehicle as much as they do here.

What's everybody's thought now of the Wobblehead foam brush I still see customers tag teaming to wash their vehicles, I don't know if I want to invest in another round of these at another location.

Luv em. still got the tag teamers but we made it harder for them . Also less puddle dipping and less pick up bed truck cleaning use as a broom.

Im rehabbing a second location now I will be installing them there. I have them at my #1 wash for about 2 years now. Still have the bozo's that tag team, bucket brush, dippers and weep washers, but it is much less then it used to be. Plus if you add in the comedic value its well worth the cost.
