I have noticed a banner ad for Kleenrite following me around on the internet. The ad says save 60% off on flowjet pumps. I called Kleenrite and they said there was no special deal, that their regular price was 60% off list. Does that sound like a good strategy to get me to buy a pump?

Kleen Rite ads are served up on goodle ad platform. Many sites use google ad network (an others) to make $. If they know you search car wash topics they serve targetted ads. Kleen rite probably loaded their ads to be delivered when they had a special on going and forgot to change the ads.
