We were having a difficult time trying to troubleshoot a problem last night on our WashWorld iba. At 9:30pm we called WashWorld's after hours service number. One of their top notch techs answered the phone in person and helped us out...I love those guys

Reminds me of the time I called their support on Sunday morning. The guy couldn't fix my problem from his house, so he drove to the office to help me. You won't find any better support than that...
