Labor rate for car wash service?

What is a fair labor rate for servicing car wash equipment? The city public utility dept caused some of my equipment to be damaged and is telling me to file a claim.

I have 2 guys that I call in whenever I can't figure out a problem....they are at $85 and $95/hr respectively.

Distributor $100/hr.
Anybody else, $20---$75/hr
