Laser 4000 programming

Does anyone know if there's is a upgrade on the programming for laser wash 4000 from back when they had steel bridges to currently? And also does anybody know the upgrades for a 360 what makes them better?

They offer the “Laser Minder” virtual attendant(well worth having) and the Lasernet alert system. Functionally these are the two best upgrades IMHO. The 360 programming is pretty deep. So many options. Not sure that the LW4K could compare.

What all does the "Laser Minder" V.A. do for the LW 4000? I have that, & am curious.
