Sorry I know we tried a few months ago thought we had it.
Every once in awhile the high pressure rinse will pulsate and run about 800psi then it kicks up to 1200 most of the time by the time it reaches the back driver side. Other times may do it for a few cars. Then be fine for 100 cars and back again. Changed solenoid to wax. Footvalve good. Water in tank. Strainers good.
Any thoughts
Thanks

Something floating around in a valve body. It is a pain, but pull all the valves out to check for debris.

Yes, six valves on each side. Obviously, start with the front to see if you find anything there first.

I noticed today that it always did it on the wax pass for just a few seconds and the rinse didn't do it today but twice.
Also neither the wax or rinse is on water saver.
Another thing I noticed bit of water coming out of weep check valve.
Before I get to wrenching would any of the above have something to do with it .? Or should I get to head to the valves.
Thanks

Yes--the weep check valve could be letting water blow back through it. I would just change that out first before the valves. Just put a new one on then see what happens. I always try the easy, simple stuff before pulling anything on the pump heads.

The weep just gives a slight squirt then closes
Changed it
After further investigation I let some wax out of the injector hose about couple inches and noticed when I turn the soap on. the wax tube filled itself. Think that wax solenoid not closing properly could be the culprit
I notice it always vibrates at beginning of wax cycle and only once in a blue moon on HP. Thanks

Got bored yesterday rainy day
redid the solution manifold
put all new solenoids on
tips etc
cleaned the tank
unbelievable what i found my check valves are 1.5 but the screen had a glob of pipe thread sealant all over it
that logan field overlooked
so fixed all that
kept the 1.5 check valves
flushed the pump and no more rattling

then to top it off after im tapping myself on the back for doing all this
the solenoids wont fire
replaced em nothing redo din nothing
im looking at my test thinking its reading 24v and nothing happening instead its reading .000002
so now i think if really messed something up
lets say now i know were the fuses go
thank heavens
i must have crossed a wire somewhere
on top of that the loading cable went bad drove an hour bought a new eye on for a wash or two then off
the cable was bad
at least im washing cars now
so much for just coming by on sudays and grabbing the quarters and heading off to my beach house
thanks for the help
fingers crossed
