The black rollers go on the passenger side and the white rollers go on the drivers side. They should all be the same size.

The black rollers go on the entrance side of the trolley and the white on the exit side.

The buzzer should come with the Virtual Treadle Kit.

White have tighter tolerance to the rail and acts as a guide to the bridge/trolley, I believe. Black functions just as a roller.

At a location I bought with 2 lasers, they are black all the way around. And I just ordered all black for replacements. The ones on have been there 4 years plus.

The black rollers are usually the tight ones, the white are loose. You want the black rollers to be on the same side as the proximity switches. The purpose of that is to maintain the proper air gap with the flags. The white rollers allow for any expansion or contraction of the rails.

You know I hadn't ever noticed, but our bridges that originally had a treadle plate all have the black rollers on the entrance side and white on the exit, while our bridges that originally where Virtual Treadles have the white on the entrance and black on the exit. I have always just replaced the rollers however they where on before.
