i see that there is a bit of water constinly coming out of the blead on the straight swivel when the weep is on.

Time for a new one???

I changed my high Velocity. Took out the straight swivel and put a 13.5" piece of pipe on. Then I put a

on top. Measure your boom length, and put a 1" pipe from the swivel to your hose. No more fighting with that straight swivel that you cant get to very easily.

my 4000 is blowing the 24pf040b 5 amp fuse

teller said thank you drive forward
the green lite did not come on then teller went to please wait car wash in use

any help of where i should digging thanks

We remove the straight swivel, put a 13 1/2" extension pipe on the tube coming thru the gearbox with a fixed coupler. Then on top of that you put a 90 swivel. You eliminate that straight swivel that is impossible to get to. You remove the top boom coming from the arch gearbox and make one out of a 13 1/2" Extension pipe a coupler, a 90 swivel on top then measure how long of a tube you need from the 90 to your hose. Now you have just a 90 that is easy to get to rather then that straight that is burried between the prox's and gearbox. Ill have to get a couple pictures and post a link.

Something on the Y-40 output card is blowing the fuse. When it does it cuts power to the Y-43 output which tells your autocashier to close the car wash bay.

something on the y-40 output card is blowing the fuse. When it does it cuts power to the y-43 output which tells your autocashier to close the car wash bay.

i know its blown because my x21 light wont come on
only thing im running on the 40 card is
wash enable
front
rear
dryer

is it my rear eye causing this i feel theres a crack in the festune
and its the last thing it checks before it is reset
but
the wash runs fine with no rear eye error until the end

the worst thing is it runs fine for about 25 cars then its lights out which seems to me it takes that many cars to get it wet enough, then if it sits while i pull my hair out and change fuse etc it dries enough to run another 20 cars................
