Laser M5 problem

the city has imposed water restrictions on us, so we are using the water from our reclaim unit.
Our Laser M5 has a vertical pump stand with the plastic water tanks on top.
The reclaim water is working as programmed for 2 of our wash packages, but for the top wash the machine is programmed to use water from the water tank to wash off the 3x foam with high pressure but it still uses reclaim water, i have checked the program settings on the laptop and reclaim is not selected for that cycle.
Any one got any thoughts of what to look for next ??

I would start with the reclaim solenoid valve. If it doesn't close the reclaim will continue to feed the pump as long as it has more pressure than the overhead tanks inlet side of the pump.

thank you PEI for your reply, i will check the reclaim valve and check if 24 vac is going to the valve and no voltage to the valve during the top wash package.
