G'day folks, I'm from down under so unsure how this will translate to having much help but can't hurt to try, we've recently changed chemicals here to a different company and its really good, we have a product that comes out of the super sealant called rainx Graphene, however, when the car is rinsed in any form prior to it being applied, no product comes out, only air!
Here's the catch though, in maintenance mode it works perfectly, and if you don't have a rinse of any kind prior to it, it works perfectly too. Otherwise when it is rinsed it does the aforementioned!
We've tried basically everything, we've made new washes, tested every solenoid, every valve, all is in working order, tried it on different wash packages and it doesn't work either. We even made a wash that was only polysealant and super sealant and it did nothing! Tried it while the arch and bridge move and it's all fine so no hoses are kinking. Anyone have any idea what it might be!? We were in TeamViewer with an ex PDQ technician and even he was stumped!
