Hello,

I have a Laserwash 4000 with a Wash World Bridge. We recently replaced the VFD with the updated style because we were having an issue with the bridge motor losing power. It was working for a few months with no issues.

Now, we are getting an arch index fault after every car it washes, and it needs to be reset every time afterward. Sometimes we also get an arch rotate fail code. It's like its losing power sometimes.

Not really sure what is going on with it. I was hoping someone had some experience with this problem.

Thanks!

One other thing I should mention, there's no specific area in the bay where this index fault is happening. It could be anywhere in the bay and this fault happens

I was about to say Arch prox cord or switch. Definitely check all your other cords in the bridge as they get ate up over time

It's still acting up and we've gone over most of the usual things. It's an intermittent problem. Im wondering if maybe were losing a phase of power because at this site we have had problems in the past with that
