LaserWash help

First time I've really had a problem w/My L-W 4000. It stops in mid wash, will continue to spew the 3x foam, or wherever it is. Gave an error code of "Idle Fault Motor RunOn". What is causing that? Having some very frustrated customers, & an extremely frustrated owner. Any advice? My cell is 409)200-4667

Low tires cause them to spin which then exceed the maximum time on for that function.

If the bridge is not greased properly, this will happen as well.

What all spits do you grease the bridge?
I checked the tires, & they were woefully underinflated!
I put em up to 25lb, & 'voila, it works good again. Thanks guys!

Autocorrect: should read "spots" do you grease....

I believe there are 16 "zert" grease fittings that need to be greased every two weeks. Make sure you use the recommended low temp grease. I check air pressure every two days. 27lbs seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Hey run Jetlube artic grease is what PDQ recommends I have ever since I got my laser works excellent. Do a monthly PM to prevent this from happening on a rainy day once a month. I would invest in a one handed pistol grip grease gun don't go cheap I have a Lincon brand I beleive. How long have you had your 4000? Hope this helps invest in a used distributor or owners manual also.
