At one of our locations we have 4 Laurel Model 899 drop shelf units; simonize, little tree & 2-3 stack ones for towels. About a week ago I saw that one of them was dead. I checked the voltage at the power connection to the circuit board and it was 25v so I just assumed it had gone bad and I ordered a whole new board, LCD and coin acceptor. I went by today to install and when I connected it, nothing happened. I rechecked voltage - still good. I then opened up the 3 other units (they are all next to each other) and they are all dead. blank screen, rejects coins. I then checked the voltage on these and they were all good too.
I would have guessed a breaker had tripped or a transformer had blown but then I would think that I would see a loss of power so I am stumped.
I tried resetting and cycling power. The three other were working yesterday.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
