Howdy y’all, Anyone know if there are LED replacements for the fixtures I have? If I knew what these were called I could easily search for what I need. Only about half of my lighting is currently working and since it gets dark at 5:00 it’s got to be impacting business. The lights are already on mechanical timers but that doesn’t do much good if the bulbs are out.

There used to be LED retrofits that go directly into the fixtures, but I'm sure it would be cheaper to just replace them. I have the 60 watt version of these and have put them in a couple other washes. With just two per bay they're really bright, not quite daylight bright but definitely more than sufficient. I like the way they look, and the light is very even. I haven't had any fail in three years.
The availability comes and goes every month or so. The 150 watt looks like it's meant to retrofit the 340 watt Scottsdales but is probably too small to fill in your fixture openings.

We had 320watt Scottsdales lights and converted them over to Jarvis LED lights. https://www.jarvislighting.com/collections/petroleum-canopy-lighting no problems with them.

They are called Canopy lights. Most likely anywhere from 150 - 320 watt medal halide. Open one of each type of fixture and look at the wattage of the lamp (bulb).
I would suggest you then go to econlight for replacement LED fixtures. Believe it or not, it's cheaper and easier to replace these than retrofit them, and you will get at least a five year warranty.

I have the 320 W retrofits. Easy swap. But the X-Beam is amaxing at the higher wattage. You need a mounting collar if it does not mount to a surface wher part can protrude up thru the canopy.

His are most likely 400 watt.
Already suggested, except it's probably a little easier to retrofit.
I've seen their cheaper square lights in car washes. They don't light evenly.
At one refurbishment I did last Year I retrofitted some LED fixtures into the existing metal halide box.. The ceiling was vinyl so I didn't have an easy option for a through the canopy install like the Scottsdale. We removed the lens and guts of the existing metal halide fixture and replaced the lens with a piece of plywood painted white. We actually installed the wood in the existing lens frame so it could be opened for easy servicing. We then installed a CLS-CNP15-150W-50K from Commercial lighting services. https://8774lights.com/fuel-pump-canopy-luminaires/. This was about 18 Months ago but the fixtures were about $100 each shipped. So far, so good. I think I have about 20 in service and so far no failures. From the ground it looks like a factory made fixture, and the lighting seems comparable to name brand LED's Ive been using.

Update on this. We installed replacement LED bulbs in the ones that were out. It looks super bright and I am satisfied for about $100 each and done in a couple of hours. Now I want to add a light shining out over the paystation and a led scrolling sign on the wall.
Does anyone have the main lights on a occupancy or proximity sensor to activate when someone pulls into the property?

I've considered it. I want eventually to have four lights per bay instead of the two, and to have a pair come on with entry to a bay. I wouldn't want the place dark unless whatever sensor will turn lights on for someone walking.

What bulb did you go with?
I got them from 1000bulbs.com. These I believe. If that works. They match the hallide well. The price and availability seemed good, time will tell for longevity and customer service.

Look great. You might want to consider Spray paint for plastic for the Vac Domes. Makes them look new. Downside is light from under the domewon't shine thru but you don't need it.
I have also used a direct replacement LED bulb that I found from a local supplier for around $60. Quick and cheap.

I replaced all the MH and fluorescent fixtures in my 8 bays in 2016. Two fixtures per bay with three 4’ LED tube lamps each. I powered each fixture with 2 circuits, home run to the lighting control panel.
Operation is controlled by an IDEC SmartRelay with built-in astronomical clock.
- All lamps ON 30 minutes before dusk.
- At 10:00PM – 2 lamps OFF in each fixture for 6 bays…(the bays on either side of the equipment room remain fully illuminated.)
- Should a customer use one of the dimmed bays, all lamps ON in that bay.…(timed output signal from the meter box timer). Lamps remain ON for 15 minutes after time expires.
- All lamps OFF 30 minutes after dawn.
I sold the wash later that year. As of December 2021, my attendant, who retained his job, stated that he hasn’t replaced any lamp. He thanked me for the reduction in lighting maintenance. He also shared that morning clean-up in the 6 dimly lit bays had been greatly reduced.
That is what I originally thought was just keep ‘em on but so far(less than 2 weeks) we have had very few customers after I leave at 6 or 7. I do expect business to pick up once we get all the repairs and maintenance caught up.
I am considering getting an inexpensive($300+-)led sign to draw some attention after the sun goes down.
