Looking for a Laserwash 4000 install manual

Does anyone have a laserwash 4000 install manual you could share? If not could someone snap me a picture of the end of the carriage showing the safety stops that keep the machine from falling down if it should happen to jump the track. I am about to install a laserwash 4000 and PDQ will not share any information.
 
Still trying to find a laserwash 4000 installation manual and a picture of the end of the carriage showing the safety brackets that keep the bridge fron derailing.
 
Sparkey, a heads up on PDQ. If your not a distributor of their equipment your not going to get any help what's so ever from them on any problems you have. I'm a little surprised they even talked to you.

Yes, They are a terrible company to deal with. The distributor wasn't of any help either.
 
Even as an owner they suck. I downloaded the owner troubleshooting manual and owner maintenance manual and apparently all owners do is look at it and collect money. There is ZERO information on actually troubleshooting a problem or doing ANY sort of maintenance yourself. For maintenance it says look it over and check your water softener for salt. Seriously. I honestly dont think I will EVER buy a new wash from PDQ if I can't even get a manual to troubleshoot an error.
