Don't listen to that guy, I mean just look at that shoddy work.

Just kidding, that's a very good way to do it. There are a lot of Coleman washes in my area that use a trough like that, and they tend to be the only one without a lot of issues after a hard freeze.

Where is a good place to order the stainless HP lines like that? Grainger?

Grainger will likely be the most expensive. I can find it online pretty cheap, unfortunately it'll cost a fortune to have shipped, might actually be cheaper to pick it up from Grainger. Or shop around locally, someone is bound to have it.

With a roof like yours, I'd run it along the purlins under the roof.

With several dozen trough systems installed, these are the only photos in my library.

Equipment room roof penetrations are made with 4" hole saw and electrical nipple, nuts, and bushings.
For bay penetrations, 3/4" PVC conduit slip x MPT adapters, lock nuts and bushings.
