Hello, my fiancé and I are new to the new to the car wash business. Currently have 3 SS and 1 auto bay, 2nd one in the works. My question is regarding Dencar. I have little experience with accounting/ profit tracking. If we go with the new Dencar pay stations (one credit card only and one credit/cash accepted), is there a way to track sales included? Does the Customer Management Portal provide a way to track sales per month (or whatever time period) or at least a way to export data to quick books? Please go easy on me, I have no clue what I’m doing and want to help as much as I can. Thanks!

These sound like questions you should be asking the sales team at dencar. Probably will get most accurate answers from them

Can't speak to that system specifically but we entered Cash and CC Sales separately and manually in QB. The nightmare is daily CC receipts don't match daily CC deposits due to the business day lag for the CC Deposits and often multiple deposits for different cards.

I m a Hamilton guy
Dan system / Hosted Solutions and all.
BUT
Even though I like Hosted Solutions to see whats going on today or a reminder of last week as far as the raw numbers go.

The statements I get from World Pay and TSYS are what goes into the accounting ledger.
Everything has got to match the 1099 you get at the end of the year.
Earl is correct when he says cc deposits and daily reports on paystation reporting dont match up.
