Is your canopy metal or fabric? If metal i would check.to a gas pump supply vendor. Fabric try a sign company.

Are you looking at DYI or contractors. DYI if you can build the frame or have it built, a local upholstery should be able to make canvas. Make sure you use a good commercial fabric.

Well bud just call a awning contractor and they will be glad to quote.
I live 3 hrs from nearest big city. That presents issues on things like this. I'm a fulltime bb cosch/ teacher & can't just take a 6 hr job to get something for a personal business.

Yes sir, I also have a “full time real” job in the oil field, besides the car wash business. I know how limited time can get. But, we were able build and install our own vacuum canopies for our express. We are in a city with strict codes and they love them. The easiest part was getting a local upholstery shop (who does boats, cars, furniture etc.) to come out to measure and fabricate the fabric covers. I built the structures.

Yesco sign has made all my canopys. I also get there maintenance program for about $70 per month for 70 feet of awning. They keep the lights working and clean and UV treat them twice per year. After 20 years they still look new and not faded out.
