Looking to Purchase Express or Full Serve with Real Estate

Hello Everyone,

I have been diligently looking for a car wash with real estate to purchase either on market or off market. If you have a business for sale or are thinking of selling in the next few months I would definitely be interested in speaking with you. I am looking for a deal ideally in California but would not be opposed to purchasing an express or self serve out of state.

By “out of state” do you mean any state? I have my washes in KY for sale. One is a very busy 7 SS with 3 IBAs.

After completing a total rehab of a 30 year old 5/1, I am looking for my next project too. Looking at SS/IBA or Express tunnel primarily in MD but have looked at VA, WV, and PA within 80 min drive of Annapolis.
