Lorex app

I have had Lorex camera systems for several years but just finally was able to add the app to my phone and get the NVR on the network. I am using the Lorex Home app but I’m hoping there is something better.
What app is everyone using for Lorex?

The Lorex Home app sucks! The easy to use app is Lorex Cloud but it is system specific when you order it so it won't work with your system. I'll never order another one with the Lorex Home App again. Matter of fact I am fixing to take a one year old system out that uses that app and put a different one in its place.

I use the lorex cloud app on my phone, but only occasionally to see whats going on at the wash, I dont want/need lots of features for the phone.
Lorex supplied a different app when I installed the cameras in 2015, might have been the "home" app? Anyhow the upgrade to the cloud app was easy for me so I'm not sure why you couldnt just switch, iirc you got your cameras around the same time I did.
