Loud buzzing from NO weep solenoids.

Using GS-27d, when the spot free is selected the NO weep solenoid buzzes really loud, does not do this on other LP functions, does it on all three bays.

Sounds like you are getting a voltage drop to the weep solenoid when spot free rinse is being called for .

The PS, SF, TC are coming back at 22.8, 22.8, 23.4v, installed new micron impervitran 100va transformers in all bays in 2014 < the 24v output of the transformers are 25.7, 25.4, 26.2.
I would imagine that there is some drop in voltage but what is acceptable?

Generally a 24 volt coil will work at 22+ volts. It may be possible that your weep solenoid only shut off during sfr to provide clean water.

Here was the problem, all 3 check valves for the weep were bad, it must have been putting back pressure on the solenoids causing them to buzz like they were, they are fine now but this is one of the first things I checked, when the pumps were running on high pressure there was no back flow through the checks valves, after checking again when the pumps shut off the water would bleed back through the check valves < which is weird, 2 out of 3 of the hose burst today and I am surprised that it didn’t do anything worse, seems it is always the simplest things that can cause major problems.

I know that some will say that how could all 3 be bad, but they were, and I l learn something everyday.

And Dan from Ginsan, if you are watching the post, I am glad that it was something this simple, and thank you for your input.

Also looking at a .pdf from asco 15% below and 10% above is acceptable as far as voltage goes, these are KIP solenoids but I would think they are pretty close < couldn't find anything from KIP.
