Low pre-soak pressure issue

I'm having an issue with low pre-soak pressure on my inbay automatic. We have an old design automatic that is an inverted 'L' similar to a rain maker. Our presoak is fed to the automatic and 3 self serve bays through one common booster pump. There are solenoid valves that control the flow of the presoak to the IBA and 3 self serve bays.

I have no pressure issues with the self serve bay presoak function, only in the inbay automatic presoak. I'm having trouble trying to track the issue down. I do inject air into the IBA presoak, and I've played with that adjustment, but the presoak liquip pressure still seems weak and has a low stream. could a faulty check valve impede the flow of presoak to the IBA? I'm going to look at that next. I also have a pressure regulator that controls all the liquid pressure to the presoak booster pump, but I wouldn't think that would be faulty since I still have good pressure to the self serve bays.

Anyone else got any suggestions on what I should look at? I hope I'm making sense.

Don't own an automatic but....
Many times over the last 20 years I've found the air randomly finds a way to dry the soap in-line (after its blended) and create a blockage. If you use an old style mixing block where the air and product come together I would start there, then check downstream.
If you can, try opening both ends of the line and force HP water through.
If you inject air before the check, I would think it can foul it too.

Check any check valves and solenoids. Diaphragm solenoids over time can go bad and restrict flow. Check for any old low pressure lines that might have kinked in a hidden spot. Check any foam generators for excessive buildup.

side note- my self serve presoak is way weaker than my IBA presoak. I can't imagine a setup where they both use the same product at the same strength as optimal.
