Low pressure function issue

I am working on an older Gin San self serv system that is equipped with GC manifold blocks for product and air which is delivered by flojets. The tire cleaner is only producing air in the bay with very little product. I have set the product and air gauges to several different settings but neither seems to help. I have also confirmed there is product coming from the exit port for each bay. I have not yet checked the check valves or anything else in the trough yet. Hopefully the problem will be solved there, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

The FloJet could be bad. When the diaphragm leaks it introduces air under pressure but will flow liquid when you test the pump. If you turn off air to the bay at the air solenoid and you're still getting air in the bay, it's the pump.

I swapped pumps and still had the same results and the other function is working with both pumps.

Just a guess. Maybe the hoses are cloggged for any number of reasons. Can you simply take another LP Hose like wax and attach it to the TC and see if it will deliver liquid thru that hose?

Other thought is air regulater for air supply is bad and allowing more than gauge shows. Turn off regulator completely and disconnect exit side hose. Make sure no air is coming out and then try Flo Jet at about 40 psi. Also make sure air reg for flo jet is operating properly.

If you are getting liquid out at the outlet of the solenoid block and the pump cycles when the solenoid for that output is selected(with the tubing off the outlet fitting) then it may very well be that the air at some point was at a higher pressure than the liquid. I would start up one of the bays and select tire cleaner. Turn your product air pressure to zero. If the pump and solenoid are fine you should eventually* see a steady stream of chemical out in the bay. If this happens repeat for each bay. Then you can adjust your air and liquid pressures for the presentation you prefer. NEVER allow your air pressure to exceed the liquid pressure.

*This depends on length of run and how much air is in the line.
