LW 4000 Entry Door Issue

I am unable to get the state of the entry door off of 3 (down after eyes clear). I've tried new banner sensors, the output light stays on and turns off when blocked. Input X44 (front door eye) is not on as well. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thank you!

The eyes should be hooked thru an infrared relay on the wall if you follow the lines. Is the relay lighting? could be a bad relay or bad base
