LW 4000 Forward/Reverse (variable frequency drive)

My used LW is being installed. Few days ago it moves F/R, no problem. Electric company puts in a new pole & now I'm getting 1 1 showing on ABB frequency drive, where as before I got 0 0 (when it worked).

Try putting a meter across the 3 legs coming into the vfd. If you look at the bottom of it there will be 3 wires labeled "main" These are your 3 legs coming in. Test the voltage across them and make sure you are getting the correct voltage, and there are no dips/spikes.

BBE, that's the 2nd thing we tried. Good advice. Still bewildered though

Hmm...that's weird. Maybe you have the manual still laying around for that vfd somewhere, but if not, here is a list of the error codes:

This list did not come from the manual of that exact vfd, but the error codes across all abb vfd's are the same.
