Making a front cover for Ryko OHD (touchless)

has anyone ever tried this? If so, you got any advice?
I'm thinking a piece of white sheet metal, primer on the backside & put a wrap on the front side?
Any estimated cost? How much is a new cover from Ryko? I heard crazy high...

I have 2 of them. I don't see why you couldn't go to a fab/metal shop and have them bend you one. Seems pretty easy.

yeh, problem is I bought the wash w/out a front cover, so I don't have a mold to go by....

If you get one made out of metal I would have it powder coated.

Don't know if you investigated the price from Ryko yet but I have a softgloss maxx that I was looking at getting new skins on until they quoted me $10,000!.....needless to say I got the power washer out lol

I have a few ohds that I could take take some pictures of and send rough dimensions for the bends etc. Originally the covers were held on with 1/4 expansion nuts and bolts. The bolts will seize after a year or two and then you have to grind them off. I found that plastic rivets used on RZR side by side are the perfect size to hold the covers on and they never seize and can be reused.
