Mark 7 Exit Travel Limit Reached Error

Hey forum-

Account keeps getting locked out for some reason, so I couldn't find answers to my last thread; new issue however lol.

My softwash xt keeps showing a fault for "Exit Travel Limit Reached" but i've done my typical troubleshooting & et cera. I watched a customer run into the wheel brush and it was a pretty solid hit yesterday, but I now recieved this issue today.

-Reset gantry
-Cleaned photo eyes
-None are cracked
- No visible damage.
-In home position regardless.

I'd appreciate some help if anybody has a familiar experience.

If wheel brush not reading properly rear wheel, raise sensors all the way up in their brackets.

If loosing pulse count when driving (exit travel actuaded unexpectedly or NOT on) check:
1. Exit and pulsar sensors.
2. Track deformations, bumps.
3. Rear idle wheels may worn out, reading different pulses now. (Most likely)
4. Excessive friction, gantry against tracks when traveling.
