Good Afternoon. My Vii Choice wash has started to error out when soft touch is chosen. I am getting the same error.
SB1...F016 Limit switch input not on SB retracted Limit
This happens when the brushes are at the back of the car. I believe it relates to the drivers side, side brush. I do have a call into my service provider.
But I was wondering if anyone can explain what this means and is there anything I can do to check on this myself?

Trying to learn:)
Thank you,
Tom

As @DakotaHoskins said, check the orange gum wheel. Run your side brushes in and out and see if you have any slippage of the wheel. If you do there are 3 (I think) large nuts that have to be loosened, and then there is a bolt on top of the side brush that you can tighten down to increase the tension between the gum wheel and the rail. I get that same error about every 2 years when my gum wheel has worn down and the brush starts slipping when it is trying to go back out.

Thanks for everyone's input.

Cleaned the wheel and the bar that it sets on. adjusted one prox switch ever so slightly to get it closer to the metal sensor. Then Tightened the bolts that keep the orange wheel pressed down onto the bar, that took a little wiggle out of the brush.

So after 60 softtouch washes no problems. hopefully it stays that way;)

Probably it won't do it again aftet adjusting the yellow top wheel, but be prepared to replace it in the next 3 months, eventually will worn out.
