Our GT-700 presoak works fine when switching between soaps and front/rear in test. When we put in run to wash cars…presoak will start then trip the PS overload or blow the 4amp fuses in the PS cabinet. Wash was working fine first thing this morning….we had a leaking check valve on PS and water side and solenoid on soap that needed rebuild. After this we have had issues. Replaced PS pump. We did notice water at motor connections and dried all out….again working fine in test….issue when we go to do actual wash.

thought….????

Have you tried calling Mark VII tech support? He has helped us tremendously getting our GTO-300 back in action after being down for who knows how many years. He knows his stuff.

thanks….good idea….though with support from other owners….we got this going early today before they opened!

the real fix was replacing the presoak motor. It was suggested that we disconnect the water line where it mixes with the soap md run it to drain….once the motor tripped….viola. Our motor was actually pulling low amps….best we can tell. the initial leaks we were fixing ….apparently hid the underlying issue. Many thanks to Brian Landon with Landons parts!

Good news! Landon has helped us a lot too, both with parts and knowledge
