Would anyone be able to help identify what model meter box this is? Thank to some local vandals i need a new faceplate. and possibly a timer. Thank you!

That is a retrofit door we did. There will be a white sticker on the inside with a serial number on it. It will start with an "S" followed by 6 digits.

Thank you Dan, i think Dave M reached out to your company for us. He was the previous owner and is helping. I will try and get the serial number. He is checking on new Decals for us as well since we are changing the name and phone number.
